As part of this project, Seneca’s affiliate, Ultragen, was responsible for coordinating and executing the programming work based on documents prepared by engineering professionals and in accordance with the City of Québec’s standards.<br> <br>The mandate involved more than 15 programming batches covering all sectors and equipment at the Québec City plant. The services provided included programming all PLCs, operator interfaces (HMIs), the SCADA system, and participation in the plant’s start-up, in collaboration with various stakeholders.<br>
