Used motor oil recycling plant - 3500 BPSD
The Project & Its Challenges
World Oil Recycling acquired Demenno-Kardoon and aimed to build a new waste oil processing plant to remove sulfur and produce Group II and III oils.

Seneca’s affiliate, Ultragen, was initially contracted by World Oil Recycling to complete the preliminary engineering phase and obtain the necessary permits to operate a Group II and III oil production plant.

To produce these oils, several units were required, including a dehydration unit, a vacuum distillation column to recover light oils, an evaporation unit, and a solvent extraction unit. The solvent extraction unit consisted of two components: one for operating the refined base oils and another for extracting base oils. Our team carried out the detailed engineering and supervised the construction and repair work.
